In this set of videos, we’ll cover the vocalization commonly known as the Glunk or Glunking. A vocalization not heard very often by most hunters, the Glunk (or Glunking) is a sure sign that a bull either has cows, or believes that cows are in the immediate vicinity that he might be able to control. And while many folks that are familiar with the vocalization recognize that Glunks are associated with cows, many mistakenly associate Glunks with all sorts of things: ranging from a bull trying to attract cows or pull cows away from another bull, all the way to a vocalization used by a bull trying to intimidate another bull. Their real meaning, however, is pretty straightforward, and actually quite simple, if you understand a little about bull behavior.
